Really nice place with great food and coffee and very friendly staff! We went around mid afternoon and it was largely empty. There are plants surrounding the back patio that gave it a very calm, open feeling. The food arrived quickly after ordering and was very tasty. We tried the coffee and it was really good, though the different flavors weren’t too noticeable in my opinion.

Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend visiting here at any time of the day especially during live music. Lovely vibes, bilingual, happy and helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend coming here if you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere in the garden dining or lively environment at the bar. Seared fresh caught tuna was some of the best I’ve ever had!

We loved our meals at Cafe Milagro. Nice ambience with live music in the evenings. We enjoyed a delicious vegetarian Caribbean curry with rice and chicken quesedillas. The highlight was the coffee flan! Absolutely lip smacking tasty! We went back to get this a second time with coffee another day. Their passion fruit cheese cake and coconut pie were also delicious. Loved this centrally located find in Manuel Antonio.

We dropped in to Milagros because it was conveniently located next to some cute shops on the main road and were pleasantly surprised. The open air restaurant and patio has a very nice atmosphere, even on a rainy day. The service was quick and the food was good. Wonderful pork tacos, rice and beans and plantains on the side. Green smoothie and a capparinia were delicious. Decent prices and a cute little gift shop out front. It was great.

I came here twice during my trip and absolutely loved it both times! The banana macadamia nut pancakes were amazing—fluffy, flavorful, and packed with macadamia nuts. I also had an iced mocha that was perfectly balanced and delicious. There’s plenty of seating, even for larger groups, so we never had to wait long. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

The employees were so warm, welcoming and even remembered us every time we came. We came for coffees, batidos, dinner and another time just for desserts. Then one last time to buy as much coffee as we could to take home. If I’m lucky enough to come back to Manuel Antonio I’ll be back.

Very friendly customer service. Great patio in the back. We loved everything we got — coffee (very good black French press), latte, cake, and patacones.

Great food and drinks. I had the ceviche, calamar as appetizers and they were great, I really liked the calamar not fried as usual but sautéed: delicious. My 2 favorites were the fish and shrimp tacos, some of the best I have had. Prices are good and service is great. They have plenty of seating separate areas, WiFi has a limit :( … but the Passion Fruit cheesecake tho…. this was definitely a favorite during our trip.
